Oracle NetSuite is phasing out its SOAP Web Services, used for over a decade to support complex integrations, in favor of REST-based APIs. The move is driven by modern security requirements, performance expectations, and analytics needs. Starting with the 2026.1 release, NetSuite SOAP endpoints will no longer be included by default, and customers must migrate to REST. The REST Web Services offer improved performance, stronger security, and greater flexibility, using standard HTTP methods and JSON-based payloads.
