Cs undergrad builds interactive d3-tree portfolio on next.js and deploys to google cloud run: because your resume deserves docker, nginx, and serverless auto-scaling too

Frank Mathew Sajan, a Computer Science undergraduate at VIT-AP University, has created an interactive portfolio map using Next.js and deployed it to Google Cloud Run. The portfolio features a dynamic resume generation system, interactive project visualization map, and delightful micro-interactions. Sajan prioritized blazing-fast performance, zero server-side overhead, and a simplified architecture, achieving a compact and production-ready container. The deployment infrastructure was migrated from Firebase Hosting to Google Cloud Run, leveraging a multi-stage Docker build and Nginx configuration. The result is a serverless, scalable, and secure portfolio with enterprise-grade infrastructure and a developer-friendly workflow. With Firebase Analytics integration and optimized build pipeline, Sajan's portfolio showcases technical excellence and attention to detail, demonstrating the potential of modern tooling and AI-assisted development. The portfolio is live on Google Cloud Run, representing Sajan's philosophy of elegant and simple solutions that delight users. The project was submitted for the New Year, New You Portfolio Challenge presented by Google AI.
