ExpenseBuddy Now Lets You PR Your Grocery List Thanks to GitHub Sync

A new expense tracking app, Expense Buddy, has been developed to address common issues with existing trackers, such as slow performance and data privacy concerns. Created by an individual developer, Expense Buddy is a local-first, privacy-first app built with React Native and Expo, allowing users to track expenses on their device without mandatory external accounts. The app offers optional GitHub sync, enabling users to backup their data in their own repository. Expense Buddy features a simple and fast interface, with daily expense tracking, category and payment method tags, and analytics.
